Prior to his appointment as Media Officer to the National Football Team, Super Eagles, he was with Channels Television.
He is a graduate of Agricultural extension science from the University of Ibadan(UI).
In addition, he has a postgraduate diploma in Sports Management from the Mandela Metropolitan Univeristy, in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
He is married with Kids and is very passionate about Nigerian sports.
He loves writing and analyzing football, travelling and watching real life stories in movies.

Toyin Ibitoye however left Channels Television in March 2015 when the Nigeria Football Federation confirmed his appointment into the backroom crew of the Senior National Football Team, Super Eagles. With this appointment, Toyin Ibitoye ceases to be broadcaster on channels Television and other radio stations.
Toyin Ibitoye was employed as the team?s Media Officer. He replaced one Benjamin Alaiya who has held the position since December 2011.
