The president of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari have pleaded with Nigerians to be patient with him. The plea came against the backdrop of criticisms that he has been too slow since his assumption of office on May 29. He requested more patience, saying he has been very careful to put up mercenaries on ground to tackle the numerous national challenges which he met in the office.
This message came as the president commemorates 2015 Eid-el-Fitr celebrations that brought Ramadan Fast to an end. Buhari assured that he wants to make sure that every step he takes is the right one. He said that he remains wholly committed to giving the required leadership towards undoing the wrongs of the past in order for Nigerians to unlock its great potentials.
