Life After Death, The Eternity !

I have taken my time to write on this topic which I believe is one of the forgotten Christian doctrine. Many Christians no longer talk about eternity, as if it no longer exist. One may even begin to think that eternity is one of those mistakes of the early Christians that can no longer stand the test of time.
I want to use this medium to remind the human race that
eternity still remains and can never change and is still the ultimate end of the human journey on earth.
The human life on earth comes to an end with death. The particular moment of death determines whether a person accepted or rejected the Grace given by God to us through Christ. Each person shall be rewarded immediately after death in accordance with his works and faith.
To illustrate the eternity, Christ told the parable of the rich man and the Lazarus in the book of Lk 16:22 ? 23, where the bible reads: ?the poor man died and was carried by angels to Abraham?s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried ; and in Hell being in torment??. In Lk 23:43, Jesus told the thief that was crucified together with him:?Truly I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.?. In Mt 16:26, Jesus said: ? For what will it profit a man, if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life?? In Phil 1: 23 St Paul says: ?I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. Heb 9:27 says: ? And just as it is appointed for men to die once, and after that comes judgment??
Human souls are immortal. This means that they do not die. When a man dies, he receives reward in his immortal soul the reward could be either entrance into the blessedness of heaven or everlasting damnation.
Heaven.
Those who die as friends of God in his grace live forever with Christ. They will be like God forever, and see him as he really is see 1 Jn 3:2; 1 Cor 13:12; Rev 22:4. The glory and happiness of those who would go to heaven would be great because they would be allowed to see God, and would be honored with sharing the joy of salvation and eternal light with Christ their Lord and God. Heaven is the ultimate end and fulfillment of the deepest human desire, the state of the highest happiness.
Hell.
Any one who dies in mortal sin without repenting and accepting the merciful love of God will remain separated from him for ever. It is this state of definitive self-exclusion from communion with God and the blessed that is called ?hell?.
In Mt 5:22 Jesus said ?But I say to you that every one who is angry with his brother shall be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother shall be liable to the council, and whoever says, ?You fool!? shall be liable to the hell of fire?. In Mt 5:29 he said: ?if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away; it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body go into hell?. In Mt 10 :28, he declared: ?And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear him who can destroy both soul an body in hell?. Mt 13:41-42 further emphasized that ?The Son of man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all evildoers, and throw them into the furnace of fire; there men will weep and gnash their teeth?.
My Dear, I urge you to keep on holding and believing the doctrine of eternity while struggling to spend it in heaven. That toll the line of the modern day Christians who are now emphasizing on the material things of the world as if that is the ultimate end of our journey on earth.
