Biography
Adeniyi Micheal Akintola, (S.A.N), was born in Ibadan, Oyo State of Nigeria. After his primary school early education, he went to the military school before he got admission into a polytechnic.
Adeniyi Akintola took a Cambridge University Advance Level examination and did well, after which he got a job at Mac-Job Grammer School Abeokuta as a teacher between 1979 and 1981. Adeniyi Akintola eventually gained admission into a University and studied law, obtaining his LL.B.
Adeniyi Akitnola is happily married to Justice Boyede Adeniyi Akintola, a judge of the High Court of Oyo State.
Adeniyi Akintola is also a holder of M. Sc in political science, MCArb (UK), FLCIA (UK), and FCArb. He has also over time, held the following positions: Chairman, Committee on public petitions & judiciary, Oyo state; deputy speaker, Oyo state house of assembly; member, body of benchers; member presidential review of the 1999 constitution; member national executive committee of the Nigerian Bar Association; Fellow, London court of international arbitration; member, African Bar Association, member, International Bar Association.
