Biography
David O. Oyedepo, a native of Omu-Aran, Kwara State, Nigeria, was born on September 27, 1954 at Osobo, Osun State of Nigeria.He studied architecture at Kwara State Polytechnic and later got
employed at the Federal Ministry of Housing Ilorin. He later proceeded for his Ph.D., in Human Development, which he obtained from Honolulu University, Hawaii, United States.
David Oyedepo and his wife were both ordained by Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God on September 17, 1983. Five years afterwards, David Oyedepo founded the Living Faith Church World Wide, (a.k.a. Winners Chapel International). He is the Chancellor of Covenant University and Landmark University.
David Oyedepo is married to Faith Abiola Oyedepo and they have four children: David Oyedepo Jnr, Isaac Oyedepo, Love Oyedepo Ogah and Joyce Oyedepo.
