Biography
Temitope Balogun Joshua (T.B. Joshua) is a Nigerian Christian Faith Based Evangelist. T.B. Joshua was born on June 12, 1963 at Arigidi, Akoko Nigeria. He is the founder and leader of The
Synagogue, Church of All Nations (S.C.O.A.N.), which also have a satellite television called Emmanuel T.V.
T.B., Joshua attended St. Stephen's Anglican Primary School in Arigidi-Akoko, Nigeria, between 1971 and 1977. During the period of his secondary school, T. B. Joshua was seriously involved in Christian activities that he was nick-named ?Small Pastor?. After his secondary school, T.B Joshua engaged in various casual jobs including working at a poultry farm. During the period, he was known for organizing Bible studies for local children.
Later, T.B. Joshua attempted to join the Nigerian Army but could not succeed because of a train breakdown that left him stranded on his way to the academy.
T. B. Joshua later founded the Synagogue Church of all Nations, after he felt a strong heavenly urge to so do. From a handful of believers that attended when it was founded, the church now boasts of thousands of believers that participate in its program from across the globe.
T. B Joshua has been awarded various accolades, including the Nigerian National Honor of OFR in the year, 2008. He is very popular in Africa, enjoying an online presence, with well over One million fans on Facebook.
T.B Joshua is married to Evelyn Joshua, and They have three children. T. B Joshua?s first daughter Sarah is a lawyer, and a 2012 graduate of London School of Economics and may have concluded her Master's degree, which she is pursuing in America.
