Dahlan Iskan


Dahlan Iskan was born on August 17, 1951 in Magetan, East Java. He is the CEO of Jawa Pos newspaper and Jawa Pos News Network, which is based in Surabaya. He also is the President Director of PLN since December 23, 2009. On 19 October 2011, relating to the Second United Indonesia Cabinet reshuffle, Dahlan Iskan was appointed as the State Minister for State-Owned Enterprises Mustafa Abubakar replaces ailing. Dahlan Iskan was raised in a rural environment with the condition of deprivation. Her parents do not remember the exact date Dahlan was born. Dahlan finally chose on 17 August on the grounds easy to remember because it coincided with the commemoration of Indonesian independence.

Dahlan Iskan once wrote a book called Change Hearts (records can be read in the Personal Experience Undergoing Liver Transplants) in 2008.
