HOW TO CONCEIVE A BABY GIRL- THE BILLINGS METHOD WAY.

A lot of factors go into determining the sex of a child. Chief amongst these is a woman?s ability to recognize her body signs especially when she ovulates, the timing of sexual intercourse and finally nutrition.

1. Carefully study the billings method and how it works and learn how to use the chart. Also understand the fertile and infertile signs.

2. While learning the method, have sexual intercourse only on infertile days. Do not try to achieve pregnancy until you can confidently chart your body signs and this is generally after observing and charting 4 cycles.

3. Understand that the sperm must have being in the woman?s body waiting for the female egg to be released in other to achieve a baby girl failing to understand this often causes sex preselection to fail.

4. If a woman is breastfeeding, she should continue to do so but begin to study the billings method and start charting.

5. Avoid pregnancy until about four months after the baby is weaned off the breast, as it is important to wait in other to fully understand one?s body signs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO HAVE A BABY GIRL

1. Have intercourse during the early pap, then avoid it until the fourth day after peak. Continue this for 2 or 3 cycles.

2. In no conception, try the first day of eggwhite for some more cycles. If there is still no conception slowly bring the day of intercourse closer to the peak.

It is important to state that in preselecting for a baby girl, the ?X? Sex Chromosome of the man must be waiting for the egg. Which presupposes that the ?Y? Chromosome has died in its wait for the egg. The reason being that a man?s ?Y? Chromosome are more versatile and agile and would later get weak and die if it does not see the egg to fertilize while his ?X? Chromosome is more resilient and stronger and can last up to five days if the environment of the vagina is favourable. Hence sexual intercourse days before the peak most likely results in a baby girl because it is only the ?X? Chromosome that would be resilient enough to survive up to when the egg is released. Hence the ?X? Chromosome of the man fusing with the ?X? Chromosome of the woman results in a Baby girl.

However, when preselecting the sex of a baby, it is important to have a mental attitude of readiness to welcome the baby with love and gratitude whether a boy or girl. This is because, Billings Method even though very effective is not 100% successful in preselecting sex due to mistakes and a poor understanding of how it works.
