Biography
Michael Collins Ajereh (Don jazzy) was born in Umuahia, Abia State of Nigeria. He attended Federal Government College Lagos. Don Jazzy started playing drum at the age of Four. When he was only 12
years, he could play guitar.
After his secondary school, he gained admission in Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo state, where he studied Business Administration. In the year 2000, Don Jazzy moved to London, United Kingdom, where he went playing drum for a local church.
While in London, Don Jazzy did a lot of odd jobs such as working at McDonalds and as a security guard. Not deterred by the struggle to survive, Don Jazzy determining to survive, teamed up with other Nigerians he met oversea to build on his musical Carrier. They would spend long hours practicing and performing different types of music.
In the year 2004, Don Jazzy and D?Banj came together to establish a music studio known as Mo' Hits. Not long after that, the studio started making rounds.
Don Jazzy is a very humble musician and music producer. Putting his status into consideration, one would not expect him to grant the kind of less interviews he does some times. He even tweets birthday congratulations to his fans and some times makes gifts of recharge cards, moneys and even i pads to them.
