Adenike Olufade is a seasoned, accomplished, professional Marketing Executive with many years of cognate experience in service at the Nigerian Television
Authority(NTA).She had her early Education at Reagan Memorial Baptist Girls Primary School Lagos and completed at Yejide Girls Grammar School Ibadan. She then proceeded to the University of Ife (now O.A.U) where she bagged a Bachelors degree in English. Adennike also has under her belt two Masters degrees, an M.B.A(Masters in Business Administration) and M.Phil.(Masters in Philiosophy(Peace & conflict studies). She is also working on obtaining her Doctorate.
She is a member of some professional bodies including the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Advertising Practitioners of Nigeria (APCON).
Over the years, in different capacities and various roles, she has initiated effective strategies geared to delivering revenue gains for the NTA.
Adenike began her career as an Administrative Officer with the NTA, moved to the Marketing department and rose through the ranks to be Pioneer General Manager of NTA Ijebu-Ode, General Manager Abeokuta, Lagos (Channel 10), Ado-Ekiti, Zonal Director Ibadan Network Centre, Zonal Director Lagos Network Centre and Managing Director TV Enterprises.
Adenike Olufade has evolved to be a repertoire of knowledge and understanding of the unique entity that is the NTA. She understands the product and the customer profile precisely. She is a firm but fair leader, known for her tenacity and positive ?can do? attitude.
Her areas of personal strength include: being dependable, reliable, highly motivated, a problem solver, tactile, trusted, always open to new ideas, a ?people person?, with a positive outlook to life.
Her skill set, expertise & competencies include; a consummate marketing strategist, market research & trend analyst, business & marketing analyst, staff development & leadership, product launch strategies and execution, team builder, coach & mentor.
Adenike has received many awards including NTA?s Best Performer Award and NTA Director General?s award to mention a few.
In 2014, she was appointed as the Executive Director of Marketing in NTA.
